Although we are Devon's leading independent building organisation we are still small enough to know all of our customers and their needs long after our work is completed.

Our customer focused stance is key to the continued success of our business and ensures new work through welcome customer recommendation and ongoing additional work with our present customers.

We specialise in high quality wet rooms for all domestic customers and specialist supply of equipment and building works to aid customers requiring specialist assistance in maintaining their independence within their home.

THE COMPANY
Our family run business was established in 1991 with the aim of providing the best solutions for those with limited mobility around the home. We specialise in all aspects of extending, adapting & renovating premises with the less mobile in mind and have a great deal of experience of in-house mobility. Everything we do is based on what we know our customers want and need.

As an addition to our mobility services we also sell and install a whole range of designer wet rooms for any home. This busy part of our business has grown considerably over the years and our showroom has a wide range in stock that is available on a supply only or a design, supply and install basis.

SHOWROOM
Our showroom is full of friendly helpful and knowledgeable staff who are available to assist you (or we can just leave you to browse the ranges we offer – you choose!). The First Class Independent Living showroom offers you the opportunity to view a wide range of wet rooms and mobility assistance products. It’s an Aladdin’s Cave of interesting & unusual displays. Our opening hours are available on the Contact Us page as is a mapping facility.

FRIENDLY SERVICE THAT’S FREE!
We are happy to provide information or to give demonstrations of the various equipment displayed in our showroom. Our FREE Surveyor service also enables us to visit you in your home to offer advice and guidance and provide you with a specification to suit your exact requirements.
